Because monitor settings and calibration do affect the way color appears online, we highly recommend the purchase of samples before making a final decision.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) At the bottom of the page, select 1-10 or 11-20 samples.
2) Select desired shipping method.
3) Click Add to Cart.
4) Follow the shopping cart instructions to pay for your order.
5) Once your order is finalized, an "Order Receipt" page will load on your screen, which includes your 5 digit Order ID #. You will also receive this information in an email. Write down the order ID # from your paid order, and proceed to the sample selection form at this link: Sample Selection Form
In order to fill out the sample selection form, you will need
Your Order ID (shown at checkout & on your email receipt)
AND * Your List of Colors by Product Codes NOTE: Product codes are found on the color chart for each product page. Out of stock notices are listed in the drop-down menu. Please check to make sure that your sample colors are not listed as out of stock.

* PLEASE NOTE: Due to the heavy volume of sample requests received, we cannot accept payments or lists for sample orders over the phone.
* Paypal.com online payments. (Registered Paypal Account Required.)
* Check or money order by mail.
Note: Payment must be received and cleared before samples are shipped.
ITEM QUANTITIES:
All 3/4" & 5/8" sold color tile samples consist of 4 tiles. Samples for 3/4" glass tiles come face mounted on paper. You must soak the paper off to see the face of the tile.
Mosaic Tile Blend Samples of the 3/4" tiles consist of a 5 tile x 5 tile swatch, approx. 4" square.
Kaleidoscope™Q samples consist of 9 tiles face mounted on paper.
All Prism, Prism Metallic, Terra, Metallica, Moonstone and Alchemy I & Alchemy II samples are sent 1 tile per color/shape.
Blend samples of our Prism tiles consist of a 3 tile by 3 tile swatch, approx. 3" square.
Please limit your sample requests to 1 sample qty. per color.
UNAVAILABLE ITEMS:
Glass Shapes, China Chunks, 24K Gold, Vintage tiles, tiles sold individually and Custom/Special Order and Out Of Stock items are not available as samples.
Stock Blends: We recommend that you purchase a single sheet in order to see the full effect of the blend, but sample swatches are available. NOTE: Blends count as 5 colors, and will be sent in the quantities listed above.
* Custom/Special Order Blends: Because these items are not carried in stock,we cannot fill sample requests for the finished blends. However, if you include the individual colors within the blend on your sample order list, you can lay them out together to view a representative sample.
